We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Assist with project coordination by organizing files, documents, and data
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Process order entries and maintain accurate records of sales transactions
- Utilize computerized systems to manage office tasks efficiently
