We are currently seeking a highly qualified Assistant Controller. The ideal person will have 8 years working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US GAAP.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead the planning and execution of monthly and quarterly closes.
• Implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle sales tax filings and compliance.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to financial strategy.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation is required.
• Big 4 background is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proven expertise in ERP implementation.
• Experience in planning and managing monthly and quarterly closes.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
