Position Summary:
The Community Relations Director (CRD) will be responsible for securing reservations and continuously work toward meeting or exceeding the yearly budgeted census on an on-going basis. Must represent the community in a positive and professional manner at all times. To bring awareness to the immediate neighborhood regarding the community and all services provided. Must be able to plan and implement existing marketing events for the public and the residents. As a team player, you may be at times asked to do or participate in a different department other than marketing.
Compensation includes base pay ($68,000 - $77,000) plus commission. Expected earnings $125k - $135k annually.
