PERSONAL TRAINER NEEDED IN GARLAND, TX!

RightFit Personal Training is a fitness concierge service, and we are looking to hire a motivated and professional personal trainer to work a client in Garland. Below are a list of qualities and requirements that we look for in our trainers:

• Carry at least one nationally recognized personal training certification
• Carry personal training insurance
• Present themselves with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
• 10 years of experience as a personal trainer
• Display a genuine passion for health and fitness
• BS in Kinesiology is a plus

Client Details:

• Location - Client's home - 75044
• Availability - Weekends

Goals/Notes:

• "Currently dealing with mild bursitis. I am a vegetarian and am looking to build a strong meal routine, bodyweight strength routine, and marathon training plan (26 weeks) I can independently follow. I do 2hrs of rock climbing 3x a week and 30min of stationary rowing 3x a week, and run or walk 10-15 miles a week currently. I have an upcoming surgery that will put a six week pause in my plans. I have lost more than 120lbs and am maintaining at 190, 5’6, but would like to eventually get down to around 140-160lbs. Weight loss is less important to me than my fitness goals are currently."
