They are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for leading the procurement of software products and services globally across various categories.

This is a hybrid position based in Greenwich, CT.

Procurement Specialist’s Responsibilities and Duties

  • Direct intricate, organization-wide sourcing projects and negotiate contracts spanning AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Oracle, and ADP, among others.
  • Achieve cost-saving objectives by uncovering fresh avenues such as enterprise discount schemes, extended contracts, and commitment-based consumption models.
  • Foster global collaboration with counterparts in technology, finance, and operations spheres.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay abreast of evolving business landscapes, encompassing industry shifts, cost determinants, global pricing structures, market dynamics, and economic indicators, enabling the identification of new or alternative supply channels as necessary.

Procurement Specialist’s Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is required with a degree in Finance, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in IT Software sourcing & procurement.
  • Must have the ability to effectively manage large, complex, strategic projects with aggressive milestones, significant risk components and multi-million annual value.
  • Professional experience and achievement using a structured strategic sourcing process.
