As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, your responsibilities include:

• Providing essential personal care to help seniors safely remain in their homes
• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and offering companionship
• Supporting mobility and transferring clients when needed
• Offering medication reminders, maintaining documentation of client condition, and promptly reporting concerns to supervisors
• Ensuring a safe and healthy home environment
• Engaging clients in activities that bring them joy

Key qualifications for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role
• Ability to clear a background check, TB/physical screening
• Compassionate, helpful nature, and effective communication skills
