The Rightcare Office Administrator is responsible for creating extraordinary client and family experiences and ultimately manages best in home care caregivers schedules.
Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate and meaningful care is being provided.
Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery.
First contact when anyone calls the office
Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting.
The desired candidate will possess the following :
High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
An easy going cheerful personality with a great sense of humor, someone who has a big heart and wants to help families in caring for their loved one and helping clients live as independant as possible for as long as possible.

canidate must have the ability to connect wtih people and get to know them and help best match the caregiver with the client so that both are happy!
Canidate MUST be good with communication and have great attention to detail
Canidate must be self motivating
Can handle the stress of a busy growing homecare agency.
Must have a good work ethic and willingness to participate in helping the company maintain an amazing reputation in the community
Expereince as a Caregiver CNA / HHA prefered but not required
strong communication and written skills
excellent computer skills and able to learn different platforms and tools such as excell
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
Be able to conduct sucessful interviews and assist in the hiring / onboarding process
have an excelent phone demeanor. Anwsers incoming calls to the office and takes care of the callers needs or triages appropriately.
Participates in the on call rotation-extra pay!
Have a valid driver’s license and use of insured automobile.
