Right at Home Main Line is a quickly growing Home Care company in the Delaware County, Main Line and Southern Montgomery County territories. We offer a variety of non-skilled in-home care solutions with the primary goal of improving the lives of those we serve.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Liaison. This position can be full time or part time depending on the candidate and needs. The Community Liaison is responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits as well as creating extraordinary client and family experiences through care coordination for clients. You are responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share, and ensuring our clients receive the best home care in the Main Line and Delaware County areas. .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote our services
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions to increase awareness and understanding of our offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Prepare reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical sales tools
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport and close deals
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in account management or customer service is preferred
- Conduct client intakes assessing and developing the care plan in coordination with the office.
- Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate, and meaningful care is being provided
