We are looking for competent Home Health Aides or Personal Care Aides to fill openings in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months experience as HHA / PCA in a home care setting.

Experience in caring for dementia clients will make you a strong candidate for the PCA / HHA postition.

Requirements of the HHA / PCA

• Reliable mode of transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• HHA or PCA Certification
• Valid Driver's License

• Covid Vaccination

Responsibilities of HHA / PCA

• Prepares supportive conversation and activities for elderly patients based upon a nursing care plan.
• Provide companionship for clients including accompanying them on walks, social trips, assistance with hobbies and errands.
• Be a valuable member of the care team to support the client in their home.
