Registered Nurse

RieLes Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Short-Term Contract role supporting the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center located in Morganfield Kentucky. This is an opportunity to provide Health Services and support to the youth in the area and help develop them for the future.

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you may be required to:

• Render first aid treatment and assist physicians in treating serious accidents or illnesses.
• Treat minor injuries and illnesses according to physician instructions and maintain student health records.
• Clean and dress wounds, operate emergency equipment and provide follow-up nursing care as required.
• Prepare and administer specified medications.
• Assist in developing programs to prevent or control diseases and accidents.
• Perform routine lab tests.
• Monitor students restricted to the infirmary.
• Assist in the management and coordination of pregnancy, weight control, tuberculosis, smoking cessation, and other programs as designated.
• Triage, assess complaints, take vital signs, and accurately chart patient care.
• Assist with chart review duties.
• Assist physician or mid-level health care provider when necessary.
• Maintain clinic facilities.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Certified, licensed, or accredited in the State of Kentucky as a registered nurse.
• 1 years of nursing experience.
• 1 years of experience working with youth in a professional setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a civilian contractor for a Government Facility
