Riehl Construction Consulting, LLC is Hiring a Project Manager I (Construction Management) Near Santa Monica, CA

The Project Manager is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including assisting Senior Project Managers with administrative tasks, coordinating work schedules and more.

Essential Functions

  • Assist Senior Project Manager/Executive Project Manager on multiple projects
  • Coordinate work schedules between multiple parties
  • Solving problems that arise with our Client’s properties / projects
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests from our clients
  • Track the progress of projects and ensure they are within budget
  • Report progress of projects directly to management
  • Coordinates meetings, takes notes and sends out action items
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions: Required to drive throughout the Los Angeles to visit client properties. Valid CA drivers license required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction or other relevant field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years in a high-end luxury custom residential construction, administrative or support role
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Positive team player who can coordinate and motivate multiple parties
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
