The schedule for this position is: 40 hours per week, 4 days per week, 7:30am-6:00pm, Mon-Fri

Starting wage range for this position: $20/hour

Job Duties
  • Arrive on time to each stop on your route.
  • Follow instructions on our Ridwell fleet app directing you to pick up specific items at each stop.
  • Communicate any discrepancies on pick up with Ridwell driver support.
  • Understand time management and communicate when a route is taking longer than anticipated.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
  • Load and unload items into and out of the company-owned vans.
  • Use text message and email to communicate with Ridwell driver support and the Ridwell driver manager.
  • Deliver Ridwell bins and bags to new member’s houses.
  • On-Board new Ridwell members by explaining the service and answers common questions.
  • Ensure compliance regarding all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties assigned as necessary by management.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to read and follow written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must own and be able to use a smartphone and google or apple maps.
  • Ability to be on your feet or on a van route all day.
  • Ability to communicate effectively digitally over text message and email.
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid Oregon driver’s license and be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • High school, GED, or equivalent diploma.
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday and possible Saturday shifts.
  • Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position.
  • Previous Pick up and/or Delivery experience preferred
