Opening in Fall 2023, Ridgeview is developing the Orthopedic Institute – a premiere destination for patients to access world-class orthopedic care.
The Orthopedic Institute is a valued-based partnership between Ridgeview and Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO), and is the first dedicated orthopedic facility in Minnesota that is a partnership between an independent practice and a health system. It combines the world-class services of Ridgeview and TCO with groundbreaking technology in a state-of-the-art facility. The shared goals include, but are not limited to, achieving high quality in-patient care, improved outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
A new fifth floor – with 20 hospital beds and six operating rooms – is being added to the Two Twelve Medical Center building on Ridgeview’s Chaska Campus to house the new Orthopedic Institute. Ridgeview will staff clinical and ancillary services to support the Orthopedic Institute’s operations. TCO physicians will provide surgical services and care coordination.
Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for providing healthcare patient services aligned with education, training, competency, experience and demonstrates knowledge related to scope of practice.

Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalency from an approved school of medicine
