About us

Ridgefield Vision Center, is a locally-owned and operated optometry office located in Richmond, VA. Our positive culture and work environment ensures that you are able to reach your full potential.

Looking for an experienced, friendly full-time Front Desk and Patient Receptionist for private optometric practice. The ideal candidate would have the following knowledge and skills:

Qualities we are looking for:

· Director of first impressions

· #1 – A dependable, positive attitude and friendly personality

· An interest in healthcare, optics is a plus

· Excellence in customer service

· Organizational skills

· A Team Player

· Computer skills – learn our EHR software system

· Knowledge of Medical and Vision Insurance a plus

Responsibilities Include:

· Answering phones

· Patient check in/check out

· Scheduling patients

· Patient education

· General Office Duties and Support

· Following up on insurance claims

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
