The powersports Sales Representative will assist customers by sharing their expertise on parts, accessories, apparel and riding gear associated with our brands. We carry an extensive selection of branded apparel, accessories, and parts - sold both in store and online.

Job Description:

• Drive sales of technical and casual powersports and marine apparel and riding gear to in-store customers, phone-in customers, media customers, internet customers and internal departments
• Educate customers on and sell gear and apparel related to motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, scooters, fishing boats, pontoon boats
• Inventory management including ordering, receiving, and cycle counts
• Create, maintain, restock, and organize displays in showrooms
• Follow up with customers on special order items and status
• May include sales at outside events
• Participate in training, seminars, and staff meetings
• Dominate Social Media and stay highly engaged to drive traffic
• Dominate Chat Rooms and stay highly engaged to drive traffic
• Maintain a minimum of 500 current and updated items on Ebay at all times to create a presence
• Maintain a minimum of 25 current and updated items on Craig’s List at all times to create a presence
• Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Fast -paced retail experience highly preferred
• Dealership experience a plus
• Lightspeed EVO experience a plus
• Enthusiastic person who can effectively multi-task while working independently
• Great communication skills and able to provide excellent customer service in person as well as by phone and email
• Strong attention to detail for showroom displays
• Ability to take initiative, self-motivate, upbeat personality, and interact with a wide range of people and personalities
• Willing to train the right person if they are an industry enthusiast with the right attitude and skills to help them thrive in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
