POSITION PROFILE

This is an intermediate level position. Incumbent completes all required administrative tasks in an accurate, and timely manner, and has the ability to accomplish assigned projects with minimal supervision. Works typically in a production shop setting up new equipment for delivery to end-user customers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets-up and preps all assigned equipment and performs operational checks making all necessary adjustments utilizing the Supply Chain Install/Return Checklist
• Analyzes and troubleshoots equipment failures to determine necessary corrective action
• Responsible for closing jobs in WMS - tracking hours to manage productivity
• Maintains clean and organized workspace
• Completes all required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for the quality of the machines delivered to the customer
• Responsible for the control of company assets provided for the job function
• Works with other shop personnel for on-the-job training and troubleshooting
