Summary

Manager Description : PR range is $22 - Client is Pacific Investment Management Co. (650 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 United States)

This person will provide facilities management support, infrastructure support, and inventory management support.

The facilities service specialist will work independently at times with various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment that meets occupants’ expectations and operational requirements.

There will be extensive lifting, standing or walking? If lifting over 50 lbs. assistance will be available from another team member.

Must have the following background to be successful in this role : someone with a professional background and calm demeanor.

This location is a very business professional and, at time, fast paced environment.

The dress code for this location is Business Professional. No current COVID vaccine requirements.

There is no current possibility for full time position. in terms of parking, the employee will either have a transponder for parking structure or be validated daily.

Shift timings

8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Mon to Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION PROFILE

Responsible for coordinating the movement of customer personnel, office equipment, furniture, files, etc. within a defined customer location.

Typically leverages the Ricoh TRAC System as primary tool for project management and move coordination. Acts as liaison between vendors and customer.

Provides excellent customer service.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends meetings to obtain basic move information.
  • Actively participates in space planning process.
  • Coordinates services in sequence with all project vendors.
  • Obtains pricing from move vendor may participate in the bid process.
  • Registers services with move vendor.
  • Schedules move process with vendors.
  • Escalates process issues with move vendor.
  • Provides move documentation to customer.
  • Schedules box deliveries / pickups.
  • Prepares & installs all move signage.
  • Processes all change orders.
  • Schedules and communicates all punch list items post move.
  • Schedules all emergency orders.
  • Manages box inventory and equipment on site.
  • Arranges to move anything not needed on a floor to appropriate area.
  • Maintains areas for restack storage.
  • Creates Move Schedule for customers to review.
  • Creates Status Log of pervious weeks moves.
  • Data Entry into TRAC or other systems as required.
  • Interfaces with customer departments (ex. IT) to ensure successful moves.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
