Richtr Financial Studio is Hiring a HR & Team Specialist (Hybrid/In Office) Near San Diego, CA

We have offices located in beautiful Downtown Boulder, CO on Pearl Street, in the LoDo area of Denver, as well 2 offices in sunny San Diego, CA (La Jolla/UTC & Downtown). We also have a presence in Silicon Valley. Our clients are located throughout the US and Internationally. We do a lot of the things you’d expect a CPA firm to do, but we are so much more - we are a Financial Studio.

We are looking for:

HR & Team Specialist –A detail and people-oriented individual to perform an array of human resource and team/culture related roles. Someone to take lead on team collaboration and culture development as we build a capable and vibrant team.

What a typical day might be like:

Each day is filled with a variety of focused tasks from meeting with members of the team, to hiring and training, or planning and coordinating team events. You might be mentoring a member of the team, refining HR collateral and documentation, or collaborating with leadership regarding strategic plans forward.

Your typical day may include the following tasks:

  • Employee guidance, mentoring, development, and satisfaction
  • Shape & maintain the company culture to reflect our values
  • Develop & implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategy
  • Hiring lead – review resumes, interview, and oversee the process to successful outcomes
  • Employee onboarding/offboarding, training, and development
  • Serving as primary contact for our PEO TriNet
  • Ensuring HR practices comply with labor laws & regulations and mitigating HR-related risks
  • Time monitoring & review of payroll submissions
  • Championing HR special projects
  • It’s possible this role may expand to include providing HR solutions for our client base
