We are looking for a flooring installer to join our team. All applicants must have solid communication and be able to work independently and in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing concrete floor coatings, following safety procedures and must be proficient in carrying out projects with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Install flooring according to plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of proper tools for the job.
• Mix material to precise measurements.
• Floor prep: hand grinding, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.
• Work independently or on a team with several installers depending on the size of the job.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• ​​Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Clean job site and prepare for job completion.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance for equipment, vehicles, trailers, and warehouse.
• Knowledge of proper installation techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Experience:

• concrete coating: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
