We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair schedules to ensure all vehicles are in safe and working condition
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Analyze data on fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fleet management

- Heavy equipment experience is preferred but not required

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in using fleet management software and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
