Richland County Bank has an opening for an Assistant Cashier in our Deposit Operations department. This is a full-time position with benefits.

• Assist customers with opening and closing of deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs and IRAs.
• Assist customers with electronic banking issues, billpay and remote deposit capture.
• Process wire transfer requests.
• Debit/ATM Card orders and maintenance.
• Verify that signature cards are completed properly and any legal documentation required is received and accounts are titled correctly.
• Assist with compliance of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) by reviewing Currency Transaction Reporting information, the Missing Customer Information Program (CIP) report and additional reports.
• Supervise customer service representatives.
• Oversee all deposit and teller line functions.
• Compliance with banking regulations.
• Compliance with bank operations and security procedures.
• Maintaining customer confidentiality.

Preferred Candidates will have:

• High School diploma
• Associate degree
• Courteous and professional customer service attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential customer and Bank information
• Detail-oriented
• Previous banking and supervisory experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
