What You Bring to the Table

Richey May is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Campus and Associate to join our People Operations team. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you must be organized, detail-orientated, flexible, and communicative.We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of campus recruiting trends, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset for precise execution and enthusiasm to assist our hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process.

What You Would Do

Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Campus and Associatewill be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that will serve our hiring teams and candidates. The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is on the execution of managing candidate data, event logistics and communication to our hiring teams. This position’s support extends across all departments and requires flexibility in prioritization, a high level of organization and keen attention to detail.Theincumbent in this role can expect to be responsible for coordinating and executing campus events, cultivating relationships with universities, professors, career services, student organizations and students, crafting timely communications to keep both our hiring teams and candidates informed and engaged in the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • One year recruitment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, with an emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Jobvite Applicant Tracking System knowledge a plus but not required
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills

Pay

$20.00-$33.65 per hour
