Responsibilities

Duties include design responsibilities for multiple projects from conception to completion, such as new construction, model updates and renovations. This position also requires remaining aware of the latest hospitality/multi-family design trends, participation on new development team, and selecting/managing outside consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

Top candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of full-time design employment and prolific talent and knowledge in high-end contemporary multi-family/hospitality design. Advanced organizational skills required with a ‘hands-on' attitude. Create proposals for design contracts, Floor planning, Proficient in SketchUp and space plan, Clear design concepts, FFE Admin, & Work force.
