PT/ Weekends - Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Sassafras - Harford County**** $500.00Sign-On Bonus ****We are seeking a Full Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.This position is Weekends, Saturday – Sunday 3PM - 9PM Working with women. Some lift and transfer may be required. Paid training, including CPR/First Aid, and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification!DSPs assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by:Assisting with participation and exploration of the communityCultivating and expanding independent living skillsAssisting with development of meaningful and personal relationshipsImplementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals.Eligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.$500 Bonus Pay Out Structure: $250 – First Day; $250 – after three months.You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout.
