PT Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) ***$500 Sign on Bonus*** We are seeking a Part Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.This position is Saturday and Sunday, 3pm - 11pm (working with women).Some lift and transfer may be required. Paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification! DSP’s assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by: Assisting with participation and exploration of the communityCultivating and expanding independent living skillsAssisting with development of meaningful and personal relationshipsImplementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals $500 Bonus Pay Out Structure: $250 – First Day; $250 – after three months Eligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.
