Estimating Assistant:

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs Job Creation tasks. This includes setting up the job folders and downloading drawings.
• Organizes and prepares change orders.
• Submits proposals to clients.
• Follows up with clients on proposals and change orders.
• Sends estimate requests to third party vendors.
• Works in tandem with Lead Estimators to maintain bid schedule.
• Additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills with Microsoft Office & BlueBeam.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to track projects.
• Ability to work with others on fast-moving projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and co-workers to help win contracts.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
