Richards Packaging, Inc Auburn, WA division is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive. This position is a hybrid position. Upon hire, there will be a mandatory 3 week training in Portland, OR. All expenses will be covered.

As a member of our sales team, you will utilize your expertise gained from a history of distributor, packaging and/or food product sales to drive business growth and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of businesses in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in like industries that can hit the ground running.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset and not afraid of new challenges.
• Strong relationship-building abilities to foster trust and loyalty with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. (Car Allowance provided)
• Experience in selling to the beverage, food and health and beauty industry an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
