Rapidly growing family-owned lawn and shrub care business seeking office help for our client care team with clerical work, administrative duties, and products sales. We are looking for the perfect Client Care Coordinator to join our team!
Looking for someone who exceeds in admin and customer service skills, is tech savvy, AND is very comfortable on the telephone. This person should be detail oriented and have great follow-through attributes. As well as a self starter and the ability to jungle a few things at once.
Main Objective:
Assist Clients, and Perform normal office duties.
Duties
- Answer calls and document interactions
- Interact with prospects to qualify their needs
- Explain company services and match to identified needs
- Provide Quotes to potential clients.
- Answer phone calls/ emails and document communication between customers
- Maintain accurate records for communication
- Participate in on-site and off-site training and professional development
- Aid with our customer care team
- More professional duties may be assigned as the company grows
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Self-Motivated
- Positive Attitude
- Able to work with others
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Monday-Friday; with seasonal Saturdays
- Be able to pass a background screening
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Email, Text Messaging
