Ricebox is Hiring a Waiter Near Syracuse, NY
Ricebox is a highly exclusive Chinese eatery in Syracuse, NY, offering the highest quality Chinese food in the region.
We are beginning to offer delivery service for the first time in our 15-year history.
We are looking for a hard-working individual to help us with the delivery service.
Responsibilities may include :
- Receive and track incoming orders
- Verify and package orders for delivery service
- Answer phone calls and interact with customers as needed
- Assist in maintaining proper food quantities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations
- Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
- Follow all food health and safety requirements
- Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage
- Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors
- Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50 pounds
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred
This is a part time position offered at minimum wage. This is an average estimate, and actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
