Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders
- Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Skills:
- Customer service skills to provide excellent service to patrons
- Knowledge of catering practices for events and parties
- Experience in the food industry, with an understanding of food and beverage pairings
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling payments
- Proficiency in food handling procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions effectively
- Experience in banquet settings is a plus
