| ***FIRST REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS APRIL 1ST Rice County is seeking self-motivated individuals throughout 2024 to assist the Information Technology Department. Individuals will support a wide and diverse user population of over 400 employees and requires the ability to multitask, handle multiple interruptions and changing priorities through the work day. |
| JOB SUMMARY: |
| Assists in maintaining and supporting the County’s computer systems as well as assists in technology projects of a diverse variety. |
| EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: |
|
High School Diploma or GED. The job requires 3 months experience working with computers, software and users, specifically building and maintaining personal computer hardware and computer software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook. Technical knowledge to troubleshoot: TCP/IP, and printers. Demonstrated knowledge of basic Microsoft network concepts.

| Flexible full-time or part-time hours depending on the individual’s internship requirements. Start and End dates will be determined on internship requirements. |
