Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to drive revenue growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
