Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships to convince them to make a purchases. Achieving sales targets as well as acting as a mediator between the company and the customer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales techniques
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
