Beautiful San Antonio Winery "American Winery of the Year" home of Riboli Estates and Stella Rosa is currently hiring Stock Clerk for our Wine Shop.
As a Part-Time Wine Stock Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our wine department. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing wines and other related products. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and passion for wines will contribute to the success of our wine inventory management. Friday 2-7, Saturday & Sunday 11-7 with the schedule to change depending on business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

• Unload, unpack, and inspect wine deliveries, ensuring they meet the company's standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding wine products, providing information on availability, pricing, and recommendations As well as assisting customers to load their cars.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wine storage areas, including shelving, racks, and storage equipment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of fragile items and hazardous materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.
• Clean Country Patio and parking lot areas daily and both warehouses as needed.
• Set up and take down Country Patio tables and chairs daily.
• Be available to assist with Evening events as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in wine studies or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a wine retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and must be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively.
• Will need to periodically travel and work at our Los Angeles Restaurant when needed
• Must be 21 years or older
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay Range
$18-$19 USD
