R.I.A. Construction Corp. specializes in the installation of exterior finishings such as siding (vinyl, Hardie plank, cedar, windows, soffit, painting, gutters, fascia, and cabinet installation in both the residential and commercial market. A large majority of our work is housing both new construction and renovations. Service areas are all over the Tampa Bay area. The role of this job would be estimating on site. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must. The person in this position will be meeting clients, seeing what type of work they are needing and quoting the job accordingly, supervising the job and ordering materials. Providing them with related product knowledge, samples, and descriptions of products we offer and how the installation process will go, time frame, costs, etc.

The role involves:

• Meeting and conversing with prospective clients.
• Providing quotes, ordering products, scheduling jobs and meeting installers on the jobs throughout the installations.
• Prior experience in the construction industry, either estimating or in the related field.
• Individual must have good people skills, good time management, strong communication skills, friendly, hardworking and a team player mindset.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Competitive wages, $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 based on experience. Potential for more after training and if candidate is a great fit.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• At least 2-3 years Estimating and Sales experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of the construction/remodeling business or worked as a Project Manager/Coordinator at a Remodeling company an asset.
• Knowledge of Siding/Soffit Products & Trims (Vinyl, James Hardie Siding, Cedar, Aluminum soffit, etc.) is a big plus
• Good math ability and detail oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive situations and meet Estimate submission deadlines.
• Confident English communication skills – spoken and written.
• Ability to stay organized and work effectively with a variety of team members.
• Work remotely
• Drives a truck or large SUV
