RIHousing – Intern -Administrative and Operations
Salary Range - $20/hr

What it’s all about:
The administration and operations (A&O) functions of RIHousing is led by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who has oversight of includes Facilities, IT, and Quality Control functions, along with global organizational operations, efficiency, and risk management strategy functions. The CAO is responsible for oversight of the physical plant and support functions of the agency and ensuring that the overall mission of RIHousing is fulfilled and the COA works closely with the executive team to advance corporate efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Additionally, the CAO is often responsible for special projects that involve housing advocacy work, public policy, and strategic planning. There are approximately 30 people on the A&O team across three departments. This position will assist the CAO with general administrative tasks including, but not limited to, research, data gathering, analysis, writing, and support functions for a variety of initiatives.

The intern would take custody of research, data gathering, writing, and other support functions with respect to a number of ongoing initiatives including but not limited to environmental conservation improvements, space planning and facilities strategy, accessibility, DEIB, and process development.
