HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE TO RHINO:

The Sales Support Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer experiences and bolstering our Sales and Marketing team. With a focus on coordination and proactive support, you will directly contribute to maintaining our commitment to excellence in quality and service. By efficiently managing customer inquiries and CRM upkeep, you will empower our team to exceed customer expectations and drive growth. 

RESULTS YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO DELIVER: 

Customer Support Coordination:

• Address quality and service issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for swift resolution
• Monitor and analyze key customer service metrics for optimization
• Support in coordinating and hosting external customers on-site at Rhino Foods

Administrative Management:

• Manage customer setup processes, ensuring accurate data entry across systems
• Oversee certification processes and reporting, in partnership with QA and Purchasing
• Manage account information and sales data in legacy systems and identify areas for process improvement
• Support cross-functional administrative tasks such as document control, non-disclosure agreement tracking, etc. on an as needed basis

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Support Customer Relationship Manager with sample shipments, communications, presentations, and pricing updates
• Coordinate digital content management, including website updates and blog posts
• Act as the primary contact for external social media content consultants

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

• 3 years of relevant administrative, support, or marketing experience required; college degree preferred. Willing to accept a combination of the above experience and education
• Strong attention to detail, ability to input and analyze data across multiple programs and databases
• Customer service skills: patient, personable, good communication skills
• A systems thinker who can synthesize information from multiple sources to form clear action steps, comfortable with decision making in ambiguity
• A quick learner with a willingness to wear many hats to support Sales & Marketing functional projects
• Proficient in MS Office functionality, experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus
• Tech-savvy and eagerness to learn and/or experience with basic digital marketing, i.e. Wordpress website updates, social media content creation and planning
