Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ROCI Infusion Center
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues
- Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure coordination and alignment of goals and objectives
- Direct patient care and knowledge of medication administration. Maintain schedule for patients and Infusion employees
- Order, track, and document all biologic medications
- Maintain schedule for patients and Infusion employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, laws, and standards (e.g., workers compensation law, occupational health)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures (e.g., suture, sonography, triage)
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control practices
- Experience with patient care coordination is a plus
