FIGHT POVERTY! VOCATIONAL SUPPORT & ADVOCATE
We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented Vocational advocates and teachers.
The incumbent should have excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Help us fight poverty by getting our program participants into the labor force.

We are unable to hire candidates who do not have access to a vehicle every day.

Our Vocational Advocates work one-on-one with disabled individuals to support them to get a job and to get out of poverty.
The Vocational Advocate will:

Assist individuals to assess their vocational skills.
Assist individuals to find a job.
Talk to prospective employers.
Coach on resume, personal presentation, and interview skills.
Work on the individual's behalf to develop employer relationships.
Accompany the individual to work once hired to advocate for safety, inclusion and to insure that the employer's requirements are met.
Assist the individual to learn the job and keep the job.
