RG HOME HEALTH CARE INC is Hiring a PCA Personal Care Assistant Near Centreville, VA
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-PCA Certification & CPR
- Previous experience as a personal care assistant or similar role preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
