We are looking for Service Plumbers with the knowledge and ability to independently install and perform maintenance on piping systems for air, natural gas, water, and sanitary sewer lines. Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, lavatories, water closets, urinals, gas and electric water heaters. Fabricate piping systems using pipe manufactured from steel, copper, ABS and PVC plastic, poly gas services t and cast iron soil pipe. Plan and layout work and select proper materials. Read and interpret plans and specifications. Have a proven history in plumbing/pipefitting skills where the ability to perform the major responsibilities has been demonstrated. Knowledge of and ability to work with hand/power tools. Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding. No physical restrictions that would inhibit individual from lifting to 50 lbs. Certification in backflow prevention (assembly, testing and repair). 

Plumber Qualifications / Skills:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Follow building plans and blueprints.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
• Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Plumbing license
• 1-3 years experience as a journeyman plumber
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have own tools
• Background Screening and Drug Testing (Required)
