Reynolds Defense Firm is looking for one genuine, authentic person to join us as our full-time receptionist to help our Client Intake Department. This is an in-person position in our Portland office with the potential for one day per week to be worked remotely.

As the person answering our Client Intake phones, you’ll be the first person to speak with our potential clients. This means your amazing ability to be kind, calm, compassionate and effective on the phone is just what the scared and worried folks who call us are hoping to hear!
