#LI-SB1 Position Summary: The Human Resource Generalist assists the Human Resources function within the company including the administration of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations concerning employees, training, interviewing, special projects, etc. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Develop successful employee and business partnerships
- Resolve basic to complex problems by leveraging business and HR knowledge as well as employee and business relationships
- Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately
- Logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans and drive process to successful implementation
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
