Responsibilities

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:

First point of contact for visitors.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Answer and direct all incoming calls
• Greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival
• Send and receive all mail, including FedEx, US Postal and Top Priority Courier
• Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur
• May support departments in clerical assignments
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months current office experience
• Knowledge of Word and Outlook
• Demeanor must be courteous, positive, and willing to assist guests/customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a receptionist
