**Summary:**

The Service Companies seeks energetic and multitasked individual as an Executive Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel housekeeping department in a 109 Vacation Ownership Suites. This position is The Service Companies on-site account manager and represents the face of The Service Companies to the client.

**Essential Job Functions:**

* Responsible for the overall management of the entire housekeeping department to include room turn times, customer service scores and profitability

* Manages a base of over 50 employees

* Key interface between client property senior management and The Service Companies Senior Management

* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct

* Publicly recognizes and rewards employees

* Coaches underperforming employees to improved performance

* Ensures new employees follow the company training plan

* Ensures proper documentation is completed as necessary

* Ensures payroll is completed daily based on The Service Companies on-demand pay model

* Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees

* Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures

* Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miramar, Florida

* Available to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and long hours

* Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees

**Qualifications & Skills:**

* Five years prior housekeeping management experience in a large hotel or vacation ownership property

* Bilingual Spanish English preferred

* Ability to push and pull 50 pounds

* Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time

* Must meet company and clients appearance standards

* Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals

* Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation

* Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees

* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

* Knowledge of floor care and carpet cleaning processes and equipment
