Part Time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a driven part time transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. The job would be 25 hours a week with potential to be more depending on our teams production. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers turn into a successful sale. • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
• Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
• Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close

• Create email marketing newsletters, social media posts and create blog posts for company website
• Meet with Team leader once a week to plan the weeks goals

• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
• High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
• Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
