Revere Electric Supply is Hiring a Customer Service - Counter Sales Near Janesville, WI

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Counter Salesperson who can greet customers or guests, process orders and assist our sales team.

    What you will do:

    1. Greet customers, guests, or visitors upon arrival and assist in their order requirements in a timely and professional manner.
    2. Processes telephone orders by quoting product, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate.
    3. Assists outside sales personnel with the execution of their annual sales plan.
    4. Establishes and maintains customer relationships. Learns and evaluates customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.
    5. Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow-up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.
    6. Actively participate in the call center assisting prospective customers with their needs.
    7. Pursues product and service applications utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialists, vendor representatives, and other available sources.
    8. Set up and replenish displays, clean and maintain the store, as well as keep coffee/popcorn area clean regularly
    9. Collect and work with payment transactions.
    10. Engage Revere accepted suppliers for training, sales support, and business planning and that support the overall sales efforts

    Requirements/Qualifications

    1. High School Diploma; some college preferred.
    2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    3. Good organizational and time management skills.
    4. Good oral and written communication skills.
    5. Working knowledge of customer service best practices.
    6. Minimum of one-year of customer service experience.
this is not a hybrid position. hours are 7:30-4:30
