We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions including technical analysis and development. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to provide support for an existing project. You will function as an integral member of the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program team for a federal agency. Overall, the ICAM team is responsible to provide assessment, planning, designing, development, deployment, training, and transition to operations activities related to maturing the the agency's ICAM infrastructure, capabilities, and service offerings utilized by agency's Bureaus and external partners. In this role, the tester is expected to design, develop, test, and implement technical integration solutions that meet both the functional and nonfunctional requirements (including architectural, security, performance, and accessibility requirements) as defined by the agency ICAM Roadmap or Maturity Model and the approved functional and nonfunctional requirements documentation.

Successful candidates will:

• Performance of Unit and system integration testing of any custom developed objects and/or custom APIs.

• Performance of User experience and user interface testing (UX/UI).

• Performance of Compatibility testing with USAID-approved environments and devices.

• Performance of Security, Privacy, Accessibility/Section 508 Compliance, and Performance testing

• Consult with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications.

• Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of products. Develop testing procedures.

• Develop test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests.

• Implement the testing processes and ensure all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.

• Monitor for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.

Required Skills and Experience:

Testing experience is a requirement across the mentioned technologies:

• Zero Trust Architecture

• Familiarity with ICAM standard and mandates (NIST 800-63-3, FIPS 201-2, etc.)

• NextGen Firewalls, specifically Palo Alto

• Encryption and PKI

• Dynamic Access Control / Identity Management

• Azure AD

• Splunk (or other SIEMs including ELK and Google Chronicle)

• AWS / Azure security function (e.g., Azure Security Center)

• CDM (all phases)

• NextGen MFA

• FIDO2 password-less technology

• Conditional access controls

• PKI as-a-service

• Understanding the difference between SAML and OIDC

• Boomi automated workflows

• This is a full-time position that is a hybrid remote/on-site work. While a majority of work at this time may be performed remotely, there will be occasions where meeting in Washington, DC with client will be required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• BA/BS with 11 years’ related work experience or and advanced degree 9 years' related work experience

• 2-5 years of Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) experience

• Understanding of Trusted Internet Connection version 3 standards and migration path

• Combination of Security , CCSP, CCNP Security, AWS/Azure Security or similar certifications a plus

• Secret clearance preferred
