Position:
The firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Immigration Paralegal to contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Conducting client interviews and gathering necessary information for case preparation.
• Translating documents, correspondence, and conversations between Spanish and English.
• Communicating effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining organized case files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Staying updated on changes in immigration laws and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $44,060.32 - $53,061.89 per year
