PR & Showroom Coordinator - NYC Location
VPR Creative is looking for a motivated, hard-working, fashion-savvy, detail-oriented PR & Showroom Coordinator who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience in a small agency environment. Candidates must be available for in-person office work. Based in NYC and LA, VPR Creative is a boutique fashion public relations agency, focusing on celebrity and influencer marketing for our established clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support PR Manager with day-to-day influencer, celebrity & VIP efforts on behalf of in-house brands and external clients
- PR Sample trafficking and organization
- Assist with stylist check-ins/ sample returns
- Merchandising and maintaining showroom appearance such as organizing stock, replenishing racks, and steaming samples
- Assist with stylist pulls, showroom appointments, and any requests
- Coordinate giftings and mailers for new collections launches and initiatives
- Assist with Influencer/VIP giftings and any potential collaborations
- Track all placements and clippings and update daily placement tracker
- Daily arrival of new inventory to tracking system
- Manage and update master contact lists
- Assist with meeting agendas for weekly/ monthly touch bases with internal team and external clients
- Monthly Reports
Requirements/ Skills:
- 1 year of fashion PR experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Ready-To-Learn attitude
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Keeps up with Pop Culture and current fashion trends
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong understanding of fashion, influencer, and VIP landscape
- Self motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Knowledge of social media, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
